With the first question it is difficult to say, ideally both are uploaded, but I understand that sometimes requires exporting from a .psd file. While transparency can be nice I really think it is best left up to you which is the best version to archive. So you can decide as you wish. If anyone really wants the transparent version it can be found via the source or uploaded on its own.
With question 2, this is completely up to you. As you are uploading your own art you have complete freedom to add any source, commentary or titles that you want. You are the artist and your are in control of the metadata surrounding your pieces.
