This is one of C-chan's Speed Drawings (the only one ever created in less than an hour) featuring Puppy Linux-tan dressed as Ryoga Hibiki from Ranma 1/2. It also features a very rare appearance by C-chan himself, parodying his namesake P-chan, while also holding in his mouth the iconic flower from the older Puppy Linux logo.

The inspiration for the picture came during a discussion of the Aleutia E1, an ultraportable, low-cost, solar-powered desktop computer which at the time came preinstalled with Puppy Linux (the E2 model now comes preinstalled with Ubuntu). For whatever reason, C-chan associated the suggested image (by BellaCielo) of Puppy Linux-tan as a wandering traveler with Ryoga Hibiki, and drew it accordingly. This is why she's not only dressed like that, but also carrying an umbrella USB stick and an actual Aleutia E1 as her backpack. ^___^

Personality-wise, there's very little to say about her. She's a young, fun-loving and extremely short Australian girl who's cheerful and playful with just about everyone, and also has an uncanny ability of turning any closet, cabinet, icebox or other tiny space into a full-furnished apartment where she can live. And of course she's half puppy.

Given the drawing was speed-drawn (part of a series of failed attempts by C-chan to regain his former level of productivity), a lot of over-simplification had to be expected (especially on the cliff). However, the sky and clouds, though using a real picture as a reference, were created using a then experimental method in Inkscape involving transposed, blurred, randomized stars of different colors and alpha levels. The final effect was surprisingly photo-realistic despite the low time-expenditure -- however, it was also incredibly CPU-intensive to view or export due to the complicated blurring.
