This image was a collaboration between BellaCielo, who came up with the concept and vector sketch, and C-quel, who provided the shading, highlighting, background and special effects.

The OS-tans pictured in this image are, left to right, eComStation-tan, eCOS-tan, OS/2 Warp-tan, PCDOS-tan, OpenVMS-tan, FreeVMS-tan, and Red-kun (Red-kun personifying a VMS text editor).

OS/2-tan is a rival with OpenVMS-tan; yet a few mugs of eggnog seems to have loosened her up a bit. Here she is, leading this merry lot in a round of Christmas carols, much to the (substantially more sober) OpenVMS-tan's chagrin.
