Finally finished her! This is my take on the Windows 95 OS-tan. I'm not very happy with how her kimono came out, but ah well - it was great practice :). I think that out of all the OS-tans, Win95 is definitely my favorite... From the sexy kimono to the flowing hair to the katana she wields... *swoons*

And yeah, I kinda slacked on the background once again, but ah well :P
