The commentary for this (and basically everything on the artist's blog including the artist's name) is corrupted. I guess it is because it was originally in japanese and the mojibake thing happened? But I don't thing that's possible because I can normally view other japanese sites with text in japanese. I guess it must be the problem with site itself.

The artist's name could possibly be "syoujoscript", as the site's name.
