I remember I found this on one review on Zigsow.jp. Sadly, I can't put here the source and artist, because Zigsow has been down for me for a long time (I get ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID when I try to access it).

The XP-tan isn't Homeko, it is a gynoid or prototype/early design for XP-tan (Saseko). Homeko's design was later based on Saseko's prototype/early design.

Not sure I would consider this a wallpaper, but it is the right size.
This is just a few layers from a draw together I did with Luvlitchi.

I removed all my layers where I drew a bunch of Chowder characters on the left side lololol
